Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 4at platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 4at’s services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, as the user, and 4at, the platform operator. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into this agreement under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4at reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed to have only one registered account with 4at. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your full name, date of birth, and contact details must be truthful. You are responsible for updating your account details if any changes occur.
Your account password is solely your responsibility. 4at will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact support immediately and change your password. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
Account Suspension and Closure
4at reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts in the following circumstances:
- User violates any term set forth in this document
- Detected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation
- User provides false information during registration or verification
- Account inactive for an extended period according to current platform policy
- At the user’s own request to close the account
If an account is closed due to violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be non-recoverable depending on the nature of the violation.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 4at user, you agree to comply with all usage rules. You must not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or relevant international laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4at platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempts to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform’s systems
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud against the platform or other users
- Distributing illegal, obscene, or harmful content through the platform
- Falsifying identity or impersonating another individual or entity
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action if deemed necessary by 4at.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4at platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposits are made using valid payment methods registered under their own names. Using others’ payment methods without permission is prohibited.
Deposits will be credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. 4at is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, except in specific cases approved by 4at support. Users may need to complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. This procedure ensures transaction security and prevents financial fraud.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements specified individually in each offer. Winnings generated from bonuses that have not met the rollover criteria cannot be withdrawn until all conditions have been fully satisfied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4at is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.
Users acknowledge that betting and casino games involve financial risks and that 4at makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or returns.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4at platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, are the property of 4at or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 4at platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. 4at does not control the content or policies of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any content, services, or transactions conducted outside the 4at platform.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws

It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the 4at platform after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If unresolved through negotiation, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
